Well we had another fun day out on the water, this time we were in Perdido Key. We choose the outfitter Perdido Key Fishing Charters Online and it did not disappoint!

We Started our trip off with meeting our captain at the dock at 6:30 that morning. From there we got on the boat, got our safety briefing and away we went. We headed out to the channel that connected the local bay to the Gulf Of Mexico. There we caught bait for a few minutes and headed out to the fishing grounds. Our main target was Red Snapper. Those fish FIGHT! We caught a couple real nice ten pounders and then proceeded to catch the rest of our limit.’

Once we finished with the snapper we trolled for some king mackerel. We caught a couple nice 10 to 12 lb kings that would make great steaks on the grill over some rice pilaf! Once our time was up we headed back to the marina where the captain cleaned our catch. Man did he make quick work of those fish! We had snapper tacos that night and it was very good!
